CLS (Generalist OR Molecular) – FIRST SHIFT – DIERCT HIRE – MIRA MESA
CLS to do DNA extraction and isolation, RNA extraction and isolation, primer design, pipetting, sequencing, etc. Hours are Mon-Friday DAYS. Pay is $30-40/hour.
CLS (Generalist OR Molecular) –SECOND SHIFT – SORRENTO VALLEY- DIRECT HIRE
CLS to do DNA extraction and isolation, RNA extraction and isolation, primer design, pipetting, sequencing, etc. Hours are Mon-Friday DAYS. Pay is OPEN.
CLS (Cytogenetics OR Molecular) – FIRST SHIFT- PAY IS OPEN – TORREY PINES- DIRECT HIRE
· Minimum of two (2) years of laboratory experience in high complexity testing.
· Additional minimum of two (2) years of experience in FISH testing
· Current CA Clinical Laboratory Science or Clinical Molecular Biology license
· ASCP or NCA certification
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills/problem solving
- Perform microdissection of FFPE embedded human tumor specimens.
- Isolate DNA/RNA from human solid tissue specimens.
- Set up of molecular assays and analysis of data.
- Prepare slides for FISH and/or IHC analysis.
- Analyze FFPE samples using FISH.
- Develop and author SOP’s and other regulatory documentation.
- May operate automated slide stainer.
- May assist in training of new personnel.
