- 50% bench, 50% operational
- Coordinate the personnel and equipment in CHEMISTRY
- Responsible for 15 competencies
- Evaluating new Chemistry tests
- Overseeing operation of Beckman AU680 and Dxi running on an automated chemistry line, plus other smaller instruments such as Osmometer, Mini Vidas, and Gem Premier3500
- Develop future plans of growth
- Maintain and review quality control programs for reagents and equipment --- Support and work with a resource CLS that assists in reviewing quality control
- Midpoint is $85,000-$90,000 annually
- Relocation package to $5,000 for out of state, and to $2,500 for in state
- Onsite Interview expenses are paid for
