Org Chart: (>90 lab employees)
- Director of Laboratory
- Point of Care Coordinator Lab Manager
- There are a total of 7 Lab Supervisors – (Chemistry, LIS, Blood Bank, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, and a PM Supervisor) - also a Phlebotomy lead
- Overall Lab Volume: About 4.1 million billable laboratory tests per year

Primary duties: 50% bench, 50% operational
- Coordinate the personnel and equipment in CHEMISTRY
- Evaluate techs on their competencies in Chemistry; QC, daily operation, troubleshooting, labels, patient reports/inquiries, downtime procedures, shutdown & reboot, send-out preparation, etc.
- Assess new Chemistry tests
- Oversee operation and understand troubleshooting of Chemistry analyzers; preferably Beckman AU680 and Dxi running on an automated chemistry line, plus other smaller instruments such as Osmometer, Mini Vidas, and Gem Premier3500
- Active role in developing future plans of growth; collaborate with 6 other lab supervisors
- Maintain and review quality control programs for reagents and equipment --- Support and work with a resource CLS that assists in reviewing quality control
- Keep department within CAP guidelines
Compensation:
- The Midpoint of salary range is $90,000 annually; this is a non-exempt position meaning you are paid hourly and for all overtime
- Full Benefits Package
- Sign On Bonus $5,000
- Relocation package $5,000 for out of state, and $2,500 for in state
- Onsite Interview expenses are paid for
Schedule: DAY SHIFT
