Position Title: Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist- Blood Bank
Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Full Time/Day Shift, Variable Start Times. 7am-10am start time.

Summary & Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years Blood Bank experience required
· Current California Clinical Lab Scientist license
· Strong background in area discipline with full understanding of all applicable regulatory agency requirements
· Experience and possess the ability to write procedures, train and monitor staff
· Strong organizational and computer experience required
· Medical Technologist certification (ASCP or equivalent)
· Specialty registration SBB preferred
· 1 year of Supervisory experience preferred
