devices or pharmaceutical products. We have an exciting opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area for
a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.

The CLS will be responsible for testing patent specimens, interpreting results and performing QC/ QA
procedures under all applicable state and federal regulations.

Primary Duties:

• Perform laboratory tests, procedures, and analyses according to the laboratory’s standard operating procedures.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Familiarity with Luminex instruments helpful.
• Prepare reagents required for laboratory testing.
• Review, interpret and report patient results.
• Independently identify and troubleshoot basic problems that adversely affect test performance.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and non-laboratory personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid California CLS license.
• Possess working knowledge of local, state and federal laboratory regulations.
• Computer skills a must, automation skills preferred.
• Strong communicator with ability to maintain open communication with internal employees, managers and customers as needed.
• Ability to perform detail oriented tasks.
• High volume laboratory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform high complexity in-vitro diagnostics tests or immunodiagnostics techniques preferred.
