CLS - Bakersfield - Two positions: Lab Supervisor and CLS

Position 1: Laboratory Supervisor
Location: Bakersfield, CA area
Schedule: Monday-Friday Full Time Evening Shift; 4pm – 1am

Job Requirements

Successful candidates for the Laboratory Supervisor must be certified in the area of clinical laboratory science by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or the equivalent.

Additional requirements of the Laboratory Supervisor role include:

·       Active California CLS license

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, or a chemical, biological, or physical science

·       1 additional year of medical technology training

·       6 continuous years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with increasing supervisory responsibility and knowledge of basic labor laws.

Position 2:  Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Location:  Bakersfield, CA area
Schedule:  Monday-Friday Full Time Day Shift

·       1 additional year of medical technology training

·       1 – 2 years of experience of laboratory training experience or both in a laboratory performing high complexity testing, preferred
