CLS Laboratory Manager (Molecular Laboratory) – 1st shift, salary 100-115K+, Mira Mesa, CA. DIRECT HIRE
· CLS Generalist OR CGMBS
· Performs all aspects of pre-analytic workflow to ensure orders are entered correctly, specimens collected are appropriate for the test ordered and are correctly processed/transported including:
• Verifies specimens for add-on tests are available and acceptable and generates add-on test orders.
• Recognizes when fraud and abuse compliance issues require adjustments to the test order.
• Verifies specimens are correctly and completely labeled upon receipt. Evaluates specimens for appropriateness and takes necessary corrective action. Appropriately documents unacceptable specimens.
• Performs any necessary pretest specimen preparation according to protocols (i.e. WBC isolation, nucleic acid isolation). Prefer NGS experience

CLS -2nd shift- Generalist CLS – Mira Mesa, CA DIRECT HIRE
· Knowledge of molecular biology and/or medical genetics is required.
A current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required. American Society for Clinical (ASCP) preferred. He/She must meet the requirements for Testing Personnel under CLIA regulations (42 CFR, part 493).
Experience with PCR is preferred.

· Generalist or Molecular Specialty
CLS – Molecular Biology Data Analysis – THIS IS 100% DATA ANALYSIS – UTC Area – DIRECT HIRE- First shift –Mon-Fri 8-5PM.
· Seeking a CLS Generalist or CGMBS with PCR and Sequencing skills to do data analysis.
CLS I/II/III Molecular Biology Lab- Day shift, Mon-Friday. Start times are 7AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM. DIRECT HIRE
· Positions will support genetic testing. PCR, DNA isolation, primer design, NGS and Sanger Sequencing.
CLS – Cytogenetics / FISH (3 positions open) –Torrey Pines , CA- FIRST SHIFT- DIRECT HIRE
· 5 years of experience in FISH, NEEDS to be able to independently interpret and analyze FISH data results
· Generalist OR Cytogenetic License
· Strong technical aptitude, if they have experience with molecular that would be GREAT but not required. Will be trained on PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, Next Gen Sequencing, etc.
