CLS Lab Director –Sorrento Valley, Ca:

CLS –CGMBS with an MD or PhD with training and certification in molecular genetics such that the person would be able to participate in review of tests.  MUST qualify to take and pass the clinical molecular genetic board exam offered by the American Board of Medical Genetics.  

2. With regards to the types of molecular testing methods, complex genetic testing using both NGS and Sanger sequencing, hybridization and real time PCR technologies.

3. With regards to compliance, they licensable by CLIA, by CA as well as NY.

4. Responsibility for the day to day operation of the clinical lab so those individuals would report to him/her.
